There is no
minimum order. We are principally wholesalers. However, as
we have no MOQ, you can order as many or as few pieces as
you want and still enjoy our great wholesale rates.

Discounts are based on volume of order and specified design
types.

Kindly keep in
mind that in so far as shipping costs go, the more the
quantity of items ordered, the lesser the costs of
individual items turn out to be, thus making it a more
economically viable buying option.

After visiting
our web page and selecting items you are interested in
purchasing, you can send us an e-mail spelling out order
details such as item codes, number of items to be purchased,
your full name, address and contact numbers.

A proforma
invoice will then be sent off to you detailing item prices
and total cost involved. Kindly note that shipping costs and
other applicable country-specific taxes are not included in
the listed price, and are to be borne by the customer.

As soon as
necessary payments for the ordered items has been processed
and sent to us, we start working on the order as required.

Subsequently once
the order is ready, the final invoice and a scanned copy of
the courier/ shipping receipt will be sent to the customer.
Applicable shipping charges will be included in this
invoice. Once the shipping charges have been paid, the
consignment package is sent off to the destination address
specified by the client.

Please note that
we make no money at all in terms of shipping. The actual
receipt showing the shipping costs as charged by the
relevant shipping company will be sent to clients, and the
entire money goes towards the same.

The shipment will
usually reach within a one to two week period from the date
of package submission, depending on the courier agent,
shipping option chosen and the port of destination.

Customers are
given the choice of choosing whichever shipping option they
want, depending on the urgency of the order. The choices
include international registered post, international
registered speed post, as well as courier companies such as
Fedex, TNT and DHL.

Shipping will
take place only at the billing address as per the proforma
invoice. Kindly do make sure that the address and contact
numbers are correct. The goods will be delivered to this
address after requisite customs clearance.

Delivery time
will be specified in our e-mail subsequent to the sending of
the proforma invoice, depending on availability of stocks
and the intricacy of the designs and the related design time
required by the artisans who handcraft these products. We do
try our level best to ensure that timely delivery occurs; of
course, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances
necessarily need to be given requisite leeway.

Please note that these designs as depicted on the website
are subject to availability at the time of ordering. Most
designs come in on a regular basis; however, for the ones
temporarily unavailable, similar designs can usually be
procured.

Please also note that slight changes in designs/colors occur
often, as the craftsmen initiate these changes to maintain
the fresh appeal of the designs in the market. If there are
any such changes, we intimate clients accordingly.

Please understand that at the time of ordering a particular
design may not be available in the exact color/design as
shown on the website (there may be slight changes). It does
not mean that the item is unavailable, but just that it is
presently available in another color or with slight design
changes, in keeping with stocks and market needs. Almost
every item showcased on our website is available in several
different colors. Of course we are unable to show all colors
here, due to space constraints.

Please note that for smaller/sample orders, we have to give
colors/designs that we have in stock. We provide what is
readily available and try our best to provide customers what
they want. But, as these are very nominally priced items, it
is not economical to craft afresh a few pieces, and
understandably so. However, we are principally wholesalers,
and so for bulk orders (15-30 pieces), we can manufacture
afresh and customize for clients pieces in colors/designs as
exactly depicted on our website, even if we have run of
stock of those items presently.

Please note that these are very nominally priced items, and
we have hardly had any refunds or returns on these so far.
All these items have sold very well at our client's stores
and e-stores around the world, so it has never been
worthwhile to do any returns. Rather, we always get repeat
business from clients. However, should such an unlikely
return need arise, please note that all shipping, handling,
customs and brokerage fees that we have to bear with will
have to be paid for by the client. In addition, all money
transfer fees and a restocking fee of 25 percent will also
be applied as required. All returns have to be made within 3
days of receipt of the parcel to qualify, due to the
personal nature of the items involved.
